Michelle Johnson
Michelle is a founding director of ESE Consulting. She has a degree in Business, majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Michelle also has qualifications as a DISC Facilitator and OH&S Supervisor. She began her recruitment career in Melbourne working with government contracts.
Michelle returned to Bendigo in 2002, identifying a need to establish a high quality recruitment agency in the region. In 2004 ESE Consulting Bendigo was founded and has since grown to become the region’s leading recruitment agency.
Katie Johnson
Katie is a founding director of ESE Consulting in Bendigo. She holds a degree in Business, majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
Katie also has qualifications as a MBTI and DISC Facilitator and OH&S Supervisor. In the early 2000s Katie worked for a boutique agency in Melbourne specialising in executive recruitment and office support.
She returned to Bendigo in 2004 to establish ESE Consulting with Michelle.
Eve Lyon
Eve grew up in the Bendigo area and completed a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Human Resource Management at La Trobe University.
Eve is pursuing a career in Human Resource Management and consulting and is a Human Resource Consultant, helping the ESE team find the best people available for each job vacancy – both temporary and permanent.
Zoe Willis
Zoe grew up in Bendigo and after working in the hospitality industry, she returned to study and has recently completed her Bachelor of Business with a double major in Management and Marketing at La Trobe University.
Zoe has joined ESE consulting as a Human Resource Consultant and recruits both permanent and temporary job vacancies.
Outside of work, Zoe regularly volunteers in the Bendigo community. Zoe is an active member of the Bendigo Chinese Association sitting on the Executive Board as Assistant Treasurer and assists with many facets of running the association
