Michelle Johnson
Michelle is a founding director of ESE Consulting. She has a degree in Business, majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Michelle also has qualifications as a DISC Facilitator and OH&S Supervisor. She began her recruitment career in Melbourne working with government contracts.
Michelle returned to Bendigo in 2002, identifying a need to establish a high quality recruitment agency in the region. In 2004 ESE Consulting Bendigo was founded and has since grown to become the region’s leading recruitment agency.
Katie Johnson
Katie is a founding director of ESE Consulting in Bendigo. She holds a degree in Business, majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
Katie also has qualifications as a MBTI and DISC Facilitator and OH&S Supervisor. In the early 2000s Katie worked for a boutique agency in Melbourne specialising in executive recruitment and office support.
She returned to Bendigo in 2004 to establish ESE Consulting with Michelle.
Moksha Mitchell
Moksha has a diverse background in stakeholder-facing roles across various industries. With a Bachelor’s in Business majoring in Human Resources and Marketing, she thrives in streamlining business processes and enhancing stakeholder engagement.
Moksha works as a Recruitment and Human Resource Consultant at ESE Consulting. Moksha focuses on the recruitment of quality talent for both temporary and permanent positions. In addition, she provides strategic recruitment insights along with HR related services.
With OHS certifications, Moksha ensures that client worksites are safe for our temporary staff and provides guidance when needed.
Thea Blakely
With a strong background in the corporate sector, Thea has successfully catered to a diverse clientele across Australia and New Zealand. She has managed sales, training, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams for international companies.
Seeking to broaden her expertise, Thea transitioned into the healthcare sector before recently joining ESE Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant.
Thea brings extensive experience in people management, focusing on key HR functions such as performance management, performance reviews, employee sourcing, reference checks, onboarding, exit interviews, and fostering positive team culture through psychometric tools such as DISC and Myers-Briggs. She is dedicated to driving business process improvements and enhancing the client experience to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
