Outplacement Services

Outplacement involves supporting a job seeker whose employment has been terminated to secure a new job. ESE specialises in outplacement and career transition programs.

This service includes:

  • Resume development,
  • Job search and job application training,
  • Skills and achievements audits, and
  • Interview technique training.


We can also conduct exit interviews and personality profiling. Programs run for between four and five hours over two sessions. Our programs can be tailored to suit individual needs.

DISC Advanced

By learning the DISC language, participants will know their behavioural style, recognise the behavioural style of others, and adapt and blend their style for more effective communication and relationships. This tool can be utilised in many ways, including:
